After trying (and failing) to fit our own blinds, we reached out to Mark for a quote for bifold blinds and shutters. He was quick to respond and arrange a visit to measure up. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, giving honest advice on style, colours etc. We were planning to get a few shutters done, with more later in the year, but he measured everything up so he was able to give a price and to order when we were ready. But after receiving the quote we were pleasantly surprised - and went with all the shutters we had planned. Mark kept us up to date with delivery timings, and was flexible with fitting dates. He made the whole process really easy, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. They are great quality, and Mark’s service is top notch.
